One of the many venues in New Jersey that we have the pleasure of working at frequently is Mallard Island Yacht Club in Manahawkin, NJ. Nestled right at the entrance of the Dorland J. Henderson Memorial Bridge, which leads to Long Beach Island, this venue is surrounded by the breathtaking Barnegat Bay. On a clear day, it’s nearly impossible to take a bad shot here—the scenery is simply stunning.

Lauren and Andrew were lucky to have beautiful weather on their wedding day. The moment you arrived, you knew it was their special day—their custom flag, adorned with their initials, waving proudly in the breeze.

Our day began in Mallard Island’s iconic bridal suite, a space so grand it feels fit for royalty—and on this day, Lauren was nothing less than a queen. She and her bridesmaids had a blast getting ready, even taking a moment to jump on the bed for some fun photos. Meanwhile, Andrew got ready in his suite, stepping out onto the balcony where natural light poured in from all angles, setting the stage for some incredible footage.

Their first look took place inside the charming outdoor chapel, a location with lighting so perfect it was a videographer’s dream. Afterward, we explored the property, capturing moments in Mallard’s lush gardens and along the scenic waterfront—each frame more breathtaking than the last.

For their ceremony, Lauren and Andrew hired a live band to serenade their guests as they arrived and as Lauren made her way down the aisle. The setting, the light, the music—everything came together to create an unforgettable moment.

Following the ceremony, the Mallard Island team seamlessly ushered guests to a cocktail hour spread across both indoor and outdoor spaces. If you’re considering this venue and wondering about the food—let me tell you, it’s amazing. From an impressive selection of hors d’oeuvres to perfectly crafted main courses, their chef delivers an outstanding dining experience.

The reception took place in the ballroom, where Lauren and Andrew shared their first dance, surrounded by loved ones. After heartfelt toasts, the celebration kicked into high gear with Jason Jani of SCE Event Group leading the charge. SCE always brings incredible energy, and their professionalism ensures we never miss a moment—they’re truly a pleasure to work with!

Before wrapping up, we stole a few sunset shots on the dock, capturing the golden light as it shimmered across the water.

If you’re considering getting married at Mallard Island Yacht Club, I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s a one-of-a-kind venue with outstanding service and an atmosphere that’s simply magical.

Congratulations, Lauren and Andrew! Wishing you a lifetime of happiness on this beautiful journey together.
